Steven, Mike, and everyone at this shop is honest and fair when it comes to repairs. They were upfront and honest about any potential repairs that may need to be done before they begin work, and never did I get the impression that they were disingenuous with pricing or labor. This is a friendly shop with even friendlier people working there, which is becoming harder to find these days.

I had a pretty big dent in my back bumper that other body shops probably would’ve required taking the bumper off to fix it but Lake Country Collision popped it back out while I waited inside. They also could’ve made me make an appointment & be without my car but they took care of it immediately when I just stopped by for an estimate. I’m caregiver for my elderly mother & had to get back soon so that really helped me. I tried to pay them for their awesome service but James wouldn’t take it & instead said they were glad to help. Thank-you so much Lake Country Collision!

Lake Country Collision did an excellent job of repairing my Chevy Trailblazer. It needed to have the control arms replaced before a front-end alignment could be done. The mechanical staff was diligent in making sure the repair was done perfectly. The front end of my older vehicle feels great! Thank you for excellent service!
